Hailey Cunningham
Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), MA

Success in academics and athletics isn’t just about talent—it’s about mindset. High school students and student-athletes face constant pressure to perform, balance competing demands, overcome setbacks, and stay focused through uncertainty. These challenges can affect confidence, motivation, performance, and overall well-being.

As a Registered Psychotherapist, I help students develop the mental skills and emotional resilience needed to perform at their best—both in the classroom and in sport. I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work through challenges such as performance anxiety, stress, perfectionism, burnout, self-doubt, injury recovery, motivation, and the pressures of balancing school, athletics, and everyday life.

Together, we’ll strengthen your confidence, improve focus, build resilience, and develop practical strategies to manage setbacks and perform under pressure. My approach is grounded in your individual values and goals, helping you build lasting skills that extend far beyond competition or graduation.

Whether you’re striving for academic success, pursuing athletic excellence, or simply looking to feel more confident and in control, my goal is to help you unlock your potential and thrive—in sport, in school, and in life.
