Applying to Ontario Universities (OUAC)

Applying to university is an exciting step toward your future, and Aubrey Academy is here to support you every step of the way. Students applying to Ontario universities submit their applications through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre (OUAC).

Before You Apply

  • Before starting your application, make sure you have:

  • Your Ontario Education Number (OEN), if available.

  • A list of the university programs you'd like to apply to.

  • Information about all high schools you have attended.

  • Any required supporting documents.

  • A valid email address you check regularly.

Step 1: Create Your OUAC Account

Visit the OUAC website and create your applicant account.

Step 2: Complete Your Application

  • Once your account has been created, follow the prompts to:

  • Enter your personal information.

  • Add your educational history.

  • Select the university programs you'd like to apply to.

  • Rank your program choices.

  • Review your application carefully.

  • Submit your application and payment.

Step 3: Add Aubrey Academy

When entering your educational history, be sure to include Aubrey Academy as one of the high schools you have attended. If you've attended more than one high school, include each school to ensure your academic record is complete. Our Guidance Office will submit your Aubrey Academy grades directly to OUAC once they become available.

After You Apply

Once you've submitted your application, you can log back into your OUAC account to:

  • Check your application status.

  • Make updates to your application.

  • Respond to offers of admission.

  • Accept or decline your university offer.
